I have been in here a few times and it has always been a pretty good experience. Now they have added Sephora, which my wife loves. They always have great deals on shoes and I really love the Under Armour apparel. Of course the Kohl’s cash is always great as well. 🙂 I recommend this store and this location.

Pretty decent location. Just bizarre that I couldn't find stockings by the maybe I missed something. I do like their costume jewelry selection. I find it to be better than any other department stores. Highly recommend.

Farah in the Amazon returns section was very professional, respectful, helpful, kind, and great to interact with. I have interacted with her several times over the past several months to make a return. It is always a great experience to interact with her. She is also always pleasant and easy to talk to.

I purchased a welcome mat online using Kohl's cash and planned to pick it up to avoid shipping costs. Unfortunately, I accidentally placed the order with the wrong Kohl's store. When I got to my local store on St. Augustine Road, I realized my error. Employees Shaterria and Sonia and their assistant manager, Shelby, went out of their way to coordinate with the other (wrong) store to ensure that I did not have to travel to that store during rush-hour traffic. It took some creative thinking on their part, which I admired. At the end of the transaction, I was able to purchase my mat at the St. Augustine Road store using Kohl's cash and the paperwork at both stores was properly handled. All three employees were cheerful problems-solvers.

I visited the Kohls on Old St Augustine Rd and always love going there, however on my last visit I had a wonderful experience and received excellent customer service so I wanted to share.
Mary Ann the cashier and Stephanie one of the managers helped me with a clearance item that did not have a tag, it was an online return, they searched and searched until they found the item so I could purchase it. Not only did they take the time to help me with that, Mary Ann helped me get a Kohls credit card. They were so professional and patient with me. Thank you ladies!

The girl in the Amazon return area with the pink hair has a horrible attitude problem. I work in customer service, so I get it, and it takes a lot for me to be mad at something. You have to really go out of your way to be rude. But she is RUDE as hell. She slammed down the scanner thing on the table every time she scanned my return codes, threw the bags on the floor, and huffed and puffed the whole time. It was really weird and for no reason. Just super impatient. I spoke 3 words to her also so don’t understand the attitude.

So, I placed an order online for pickup. Great, I get notified that my order is ready. I get into the store and see the sign for "Pick-up Orders" and head over, only to find out....NO one works pickup separately and was told I needed to get in the cashier line that had maybe 40+ people waiting. What is the point of doing online/pickup orders if you have to stand in Christmas Shopping regular checkout line?! Very poor way to manage pick-up orders. I expected a line for pickup, but NOT like that! I picked up orders today from Belks, Michael's & and Walmart, and their processes were quick and seamlessly easy & pleasant. I guess I will return during the week or at opening time or when I have 30 or 40 mins to wait in line. This review is solely based on my online/pickup experience and is no reflection on store appearance or the staff. This is more of a corporate or management issue.
