I love coming here but the little short girl I don't know if she is manager or not but she kept calling people on the radio but I will tell you she is one rude person. When I asked her for help she kind of got snappy with me and if I would have been my younger self that wouldn't have went well. But she doesn't need a managers position if she can't treat customers better than what she does. She wasn't only rude to me. A couple other people I heard complaining on her just because she is that rude. If I come back and she is there I will walk straight back out of that store. But I loved all the other employees, they were amazing

EDIT: The Manager called and booked another appointment was as nice as she could be and as accommodating as she could be and the people I spoke to at corporate or amazing also so in the end, I will get my hair fixed, and Ulta customer service has been amazing. I guess we all have a bad experience Every once in a while. So thank you so much Ulta for all your time and attention with this.!!!

I went in yesterday for highlights showed the girl, Katie, what I was wanting and let her know that I was deathly afraid that my hair would come out ash blonde - after 3 1/2 hours. My hair is ASH blonde. It does not look like it has highlights I paid $160 for hair that I have been in tears over for 24 hours, I talked to corporate. They said they would let the manager at the Sevierville store know IN SOMEONE WOULD BE CONTACTING ME TODAY, but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet so I will continue to leave reviews everywhere until someone fixes this. I would not advise anyone go to Ulta beauty in Sevierville for anything. these are the pictures of my highlighted hair. I am MORTIFIED!!!!!

I love the staff here! My 2024 res was getting more comfortable with makeup, this year it's getting more artistic with makeup. I have other goals too of course, but not all of them have to be serious. Anyways, one of their staff members always has beautiful makeup that is very artsy so I pick her brain a bit and she's always happy to help

I already don't favor this Ulta because the stock is usually pretty sparse, but my experience today made it so that I will probably not be back. Like other reviews, I came in looking for a specific product and looked around for a while, never being asked once if I needed help. Then me and a few other customers were eyeing a specific fragrance and I even told a worker I would like to smell it, and she totally ignored me, but helped the other customers. Made me feel so hurt, I just walked out. I'd rather order it online.

Dropped in ULTA killing a little time and looking for some eyeshadow. Dagmar assisted me by providing several different options and even took the time to show me how to apply them. She was pleasant and professional. She took her time and provided excellent customer service. Next time I am in the store, I will definitely be looking for her. What a great asset to the company she is.

I want to thank Ashley for her rude indifference and condescending attitude. Because of her lack of professionalism I contacted customer service where they were not only able to help with my issue but also discovered that I had been overcharged.

They should hire more professional hairdressers especially for special occasions because we trust in them for really special days and then it seems like they don’t even have an idea about what are they doing. I had a really bad experience in my wedding day and I don’t want anyone else to have that bad moment!

Although I was nicely greeted upon entry, the remainder of the customer service was horrible. I went in with certain purchases in mind. Wondering around the store, with no assistance was ridiculous. Especially when they have plenty of employees on duty. I also asked about a certain fragrance in which they replied “we don’t have it and no I don’t know of anything close to it”. Overall I feel as though I showed great interest in making a purchase and the team should have done a better job in capturing a bigger sale.
